Each month includes:

How to win the Original and Minis?
Each month, the original artwork (valued at $150) will be mailed to one randomly selected Fantasy Print Club member. In addition, five miniature artworks (valued at $50 each) will be distributed among other members.
When should I expect my first delivery?
If you join anytime between the 1-31 of a month, your first Fantasy Print Club mailer will be the next month’s Edition. For example:
Join anytime in December → your first Edition ships the first week of January.
When do you ship?
All Monthly Editions are mailed from Washington State during the first week of each month. Please allow up to 14 business days for delivery. Because shipments are sent with standard USPS stamps, tracking is not available, as this helps keep the club affordable.
My shipment is late/arrived damaged, what should I do?
If it has been more than 14 business days since your Edition was mailed, please email me at contact@tinytouchart.com.
Similarly, if your mailer arrived damaged or incorrect, please also email me at contact@tinytouchart.com with your name and photos of the item(s).
What is Members Vault?
The ✨Members Vault✨ is an exclusive shop section where Fantastical Mail Club subscribers can purchase past Zodiac editions and complete their collection.
It’s my way of making sure new collectors can still catch up on creatures they may have missed.
Once you join the Fantastical Mail Club, you’ll receive the current Vault password by email, which is required to access and purchase past mailers. The password may be periodically updated, so please do not share it with non-members.
How do I send a subscription as a gift?
At checkout, you should enter the recipient’s name and their shipping address. If you want their first Edition to include a gift note, please write it in the order notes box and it will be included with their first mailer.
Do you ship outside the United States?
At this time, I’m only able to ship within the United States. This ensures reliable delivery times and keeps subscription costs low while the club is still growing.
I do plan to offer international shipping in the future once shipping rates, packaging requirements, and transit reliability are fully sorted out.

How do I update my shipping address or billing info?
All account changes, including:

…can be made at any time through your Stripe Customer Portal.
When will I be billed?
Your payment renews on the same date you originally subscribed. Example: If you joined on the 12th, you will always be billed on the 12th of each month (unless you pause or cancel through the Stripe Customer Portal.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime through your Stripe Customer Portal.
Cancellations apply to future renewals, and any already-paid shipments will still be sent.
However, you can also pause your subscription for any amount of time by contacting me contact@tinytouchart.com and resume whenever you’re ready!
